I stayed a week here and really enjoyed it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and it was nice that hand towels and a floor mat were provided as well as bath towels. The water pressure was fine, I’m not sure what the other reviews are on about. There was a fridge in the room, a microwave and kettle outside on the landing and a full kitchen downstairs for cooking. The free laundry machine (and laundry liquid) was amazing! The location was nice, lots of food in walking distance. The only thing they didn’t have was a drinking water jug but when I asked they provided some bottled water. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Chiang Mai!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. If you want to explore the old town then stay here. One of the best apartments and locations we’ve had in Asia

A very good experience, trustworthy! 5 star stay and very comprehensive host! I do reccomend!

Absolutely worth it, loved the location and how clean it was.

Great airB&B close to the gym, restaurants, and the canal. Clean and well furnished. Only feedback that needed addressing was the lack of a shower curtain in the restroom. After a shower the water would cover all of the sink area. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

Everything great

Good place to stay within the old town. Quiet and very clean. Host was able to store luggage for us as well. We did not use the common kitchen area or washing machine but they are located downstairs. Would stay again.

Clean place in a good location!

Kornwika's Airbnb offered a fantastic, hitch-free stay in Chiang Mai's Old City! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within easy reach. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, especially considering the surprisingly affordable price compared to other rentals nearby. My only minor suggestions would be to consider reactivating the ground-floor bakeshop – it seems like a missed opportunity for guests! Also, for tours, it's helpful to provide drivers with a nearby landmark; I found IXORA Clinic worked best for pickups. Overall, this unit is a superb place to stay, and I'd absolutely choose it again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Korwika and her team were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I needed a few items for the room, they promptly obliged. The place was immaculately clean and conveniently located, making it easy to access the various places of interest around.

Really great place to stay if you want to explore the Old City, everything is walkable from the bnb. Nearby, there are some local eateries, convenience store, jazz club and a food night market. The bnb was cool, comfy and clean, and has everything you'll need. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

As expected

Great place to stay, in calm neighbourhood but still near the action.

Nice apartment in the corner of the old town. Would recommend.

Angenehme Wohnung und gute Kommunikation

Spotless room with great space and a clean bathroom. Loved the accessibility and enjoyed our time there!

Had a great time at Kornwika’s place! The space was exactly as described and super comfortable. The location is great – really convenient with easy access to everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and Kornwika was a responsive host who made sure everything went well. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area

The space was very clean and there were house slippers at the door for us to use. Great proximity to lots of restaurants and bars - I discovered House by Ginger!!! Michelin star dining right around the corner - what a find! Being on the third floor the water pressure in the shower was not that good and we wished there was an iron and coffee maker available for use. If those are things that you can do without, I highly recommend staying here!!!

Great location and quiet evenings from the outdoor noises. The stay was cozy, linens were clean and location was convenient. I did bump into the cleaning staff there and she was lovely and friendly. Airbnn host responded quickly to any concerns. The only issue we had was the drainage in the shower as the water didnt drain. It floods within 2 minutes of a shower. There was a plug that I was told I could unplug to help drain the water but the water still remained pooling. Takes a couple hours to fully drain, which make using the toliet kind of awkward since we had to step into a pool of water to use the toilet. Not sure if this is the case for the other units or was it only our unit. Airconditioning was also only okay as it felt still a bit on the warm side despite it being on. All in all, good deal for a great location and friendly staff and host.

Really lovely place to stay in Chiang Mai, would definitely recommend. Would just like to mention that the walls separating each room are quite thin so bare that in mind! :)

We had a great stay at this place. Check in was straightforward with detailed instructions, the room was as described and clean. Host was responsive to any queries we had. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this stay!

The facilities are really excellent. Like new. Very quiet and private. Only 3 rooms. Good sleep and work environment. The rooms are on the second floor. No third floor guest rooms. First floor used to be a business so not being used and looks recently built. Overall, 5 stars, and I would return.

Stayed a week at this Airbnb and can absolutely recommend! Great price!

I was here for a few nights and had a very nice stay. The studio is tiny, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was very clean, and the host was very friendly and responsive to any question or request. Recommended!

Sadly, the bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable. The location was good, affordable price, clean, and everything else was great.

a lot of things to do nearby ✨

All about bread and cafe was adorable to stay in. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was cozy, but perfect for us. The AC worked beautifully and the location was perfect.

Muchas gracias 😊

Good location the communication could be better but i would stay again

Nice location 👍🏼

It was a nice stay. Thank you Kornwika. Everything was smooth and nice. Price/performance is so good.

Room is nice, but dont bring too much lugages since it doesnt have elevator

Great place for a short stay. This building from the road next to the canal, so I used earplugs while sleeping. The location is within walking distance of everything in the old town. Communication was excellent; I messaged them at 11 PM and they resolved the issue within 30 minutes.

I liked the big windows and quite location. It was easy to find, and central. The building felt a little lived it, but nothing that really affects a good stay. The kitchen and laundry are a good add on i always appreciate. Would recommend and book again.

Great location. The room was not actually sparkling clean, but can’t say it was dirty either. There was a bit noisy in the morning (around 6-7 am) and it was quite disturbing for us because we didn’t sleep with the AC on and we let the door at the balcony slighly open. But with the door closed, you shouldn’t hear anything.

It is a comfortable room that feels like home. The owner gives clear and easy-to-understand recommendations. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Tha Phae Gate. There are many restaurants nearby, and parking is available.

I stayed there for 6 nights. Pros Spacious room with a private bathroom at an affordable price. Ventilation is good. Room with balcony view. Conveniently located near eateries. Responsive host - replies to enquiries within 30mins Excellent internet speed. Cons A bit far from 7-Eleven, Tha Phae Gate, and main attractions. The actual walking distance is more than the stated 800m. The mattress is sunken; as someone with back issues, I found it quite uncomfortable. Weak water pressure in both the shower and the sink. If your room is on a higher floor, you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The café downstairs has closed, so the shared kitchen area is deserted, stuffy to use (no air conditioning or fan), Washer & dryer do not function well. On the 3rd day, renovation work started in the kitchen area, so it completely inaccessible incl the washer and dryer. Overall, It was an okay and affordable stay. I would recommend the host replace the mattress for better guest comfort.

The communication with the host was very smooth. They accepted the sudden changes and any other requests!! It’s just a room without window but they give you free water in the fridge. The only downside was that the shower temperature was very unstable. But overall I had a good stay!

Good place for the price

I wish we booked a few more nights here! Great location and cheap place to stay. The room was nice and friendly staff at the cafe below. Would recommend this place.

The location was great—very quiet and peaceful with plenty of natural light. The AC worked well, which was a plus. However, there were a few issues that impacted the stay. The bedsheets had some stains and felt more like a mattress topper than a proper sheet, so they weren’t as soft as expected. Additionally, the bathroom drain had a bad odor. While the space had potential, these details could use some attention.

You get what you paid for. An easy and basic room for the night. Nothing special but fine.

I had a pleasant stay at this cozy Airbnb during my trip to Chiangmai . The accommodation isn't luxurious, but it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it a great option for those on a budget. What truly stood out was the host's responsiveness and kindness. He was very quick to address any questions I had and generously allowed me a late checkout, which I greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place with a helpful and considerate host, this is a great choice.

The host does not respond and only provides automated messages. I didn’t feel safe with all of the glass doors throughout the house. The door does not have two locks making it feel more unsafe.

Everything was perfect. Knot was a very helpful and responsive host.

Zona tranquila y céntrica. Instrucciones poco claras

stay was good

Great location and remarkably quiet given how close it is to everything. The furniture could use some improvements.

excelente

Everything was as per photos and description. Location was perfect. Only thing that I wished for is stronger water pressure in the shower and consistent water heater. Lights and airconds were functioning well. The room next to the toilet is a little humid than the other 2 which causing it smelled a little musty throughout our stay. Maybe host can consider a humidifier. Likewise for the indoor sleepers. Apparently we also realised they have a smell after using it in the shower 🤔 Other than those, these rest were alright. You get a microwave and fridge in the unit. Washing machine is shared among all guests at the common area downstairs. Ample of space for 6 pax. Thank you host!

Very close to most of the places in the old city and the host is easily accessible and responds quickly! Great place overall!

nice place to stay.

Great location and great if you have multiple people staying, we took up 3 rooms and it was great as we had our own private space. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend staying!
